Cleanings are completed overnight, with car seats returned or available for pick-up in the morning! Extra-messy seat? Reach out to see if additional time is needed. Not in a rush? Reach out for a discount on service!

There are three constants: Neutral PH soap, warm water, and microfiber cloths! Did you know most cleaners and disinfectants can’t be used on car seats? We follow manufacturer guidelines, and while they vary for every make/model of seat, some general rules apply: Water-only on buckles and clips. No submersion or saturation of straps. Gentle detergent on fabric. Every seat gets a thorough vacuuming. Where allowed, we may do a cold-temp launder, hand-wash, or steam spot-clean of messes, but we always defer to manufacturers’ instructions!

YUP— We’ll even tackle bio-messes or dreaded spilled milk. Of course, the best time to clean these accidents is A.S.A.P. On the scheduling platform you’ll notice an extra fee for tummy-trouble-related messes. These take a bit of extra care and time to clean properly.

We promise three things: 1) SAFE cleaning practices, 2) Clear communication, and 3) Giving our absolute best effort. Some stains will never be 100% removable, because doing so would require intense scrubbing or chemicals that cannot be used on your baby gear. We strive to balance the best end-result possible while maintaining ethical, safe cleaning practices.

We require 24 hours notice cancellation so that we can adjust our schedules and accommodate other clients. Failure to cancel before that window (via phone call or the Acuity app) may result in the loss of your deposit.

2) For a small fee, we will handle pick-up and drop-off for you!
